From Chapel Hill:
Take I-40 East to Research Triangle Park.  Take the NC-147 S exit 279A to Alexander Dr. Turn right at NC-147 S.  Turn right at T.W. Alexander Dr. Take a left into the Park Research Center.  Agarigen is located to the left of the main entrance, Building 4A.

From Durham:
Take Hwy 147 South until it ends.  At the I-40 E/W Split, stay to the right.  After passing under I-40, turn right at T.W. Alexander Dr.  Note: You will have an earlier opportunity to turn onto T.W. Alexander.  Do not take this exit – wait until after passing under I-40.  Take a left into the Park Research Center.  Agarigen is located to the left of the main entrance, Building 4A.

From RDU Airport or Raleigh:
Take I-40 West to Research Triangle Park.  Take the NC-147 S exit 279A to Alexander Dr.  Turn right at NC-147 S.  Turn right at T.W. Alexander Dr.  Take a left into the Park Research Center.  Agarigen is located to the left of the main entrance, Building 4A.
